SR=Scale Remover

SW=Supply Water

These systems will prevent scale, corrosion nad biolife in supply water, or potable water.

The capacity of these systems is unlimited, from as small as 1m³/hr with no upper limit. Energy consumption is from 100watts to 2kw and drain (blow-down/bleeding) is minimial. If the water is not toxic before treatment the drain will be free of toxins and may be used to irrigate gardens and plants or may be drained to storm water drains.

These high performance systems will prevent scale, corrosion and biolife in process water with high mass suspended solids and TDS levels of 10 000 ppm and more and will oxidise Fe, Mn and other agents. Energy consumption is still low but higher than that of the UET-SR-SW.

Specially designed to tackle the scale in scrubbers, where high temperatures prevail and scale is of a special concern where spray nozzles, rotating wheels and rotay disintigrators are used.

RO=Reverse Osmosis

Pre- and post-RO water treatment. The Pre-RO system will replace the scale corrosion and biolife treatment traditionally done by injecting chemicals. The Post-RO unit is used for drinking water applications, to add taste to the permeate and degassify it. It will be also used to condition the reject and in between stages when wanting to run the reject through the membranes again.
